Reformerly (“we,” “us”) operates Reformerly at reformerly.net, a free, independent directory of reformer Pilates studios. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Information you give us.If you submit a “Book your first class” / request-info form on a studio page, we collect the name, email, phone (optional), and message you provide. If a studio owner claims a listing, we collect their name and email, and payments for featured placements are processed by Stripe (we don't store full card details).
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host records standard technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for security and operations. We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand which pages and links are useful (for example, which studio a visitor clicked). We do not require an account or login to browse.
• Cookies. We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising (see below).

How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the directory.
• To connect you with a studio when you submit a booking/request form — we share the details you enter with that studio (and our team) so they can follow up. This is the form's purpose, and it's disclosed when you submit.
• To process listing claims and featured-placement payments.
• To respond to your questions and detect or prevent abuse.

Advertising & Google cookies

We display ads to keep the directory free. We may use Google AdSense and other ad partners. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

• Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick/DART cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Third-party services

We rely on a small set of reputable providers, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google — advertising (AdSense) and public business data (Google Places) used to compile listings.
• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and security.
• Stripe — payment processing for studio listing upgrades.
• Analytics provider — to measure aggregate, privacy-conscious usage.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. The only routine sharing is sending a booking/request you submit to the studio you chose, and sharing data with the service providers above so the site can function.

Your choices & rights

• You can opt out of personalized ads using the links above.
• You can request that we access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted (for example, a booking request) by emailing us. Depending on where you live (such as California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights to access or delete your data, which we honor on request.
• Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.

Data retention & security

We keep booking requests and claim information only as long as needed to act on them, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves; we'll revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
